With over 16 years as a military officer, I’ve successfully led more than 200 convoy missions, deployed twice, and managed over 300 soldiers throughout my career. Since 2001, I’ve been solving complex problems, honing the art and science of motivational leadership, and sharing these insights with every leader I meet.
I’ve guided dozens of business owners in transforming their mindset from being 60-hour-a-week employees of their business to visionary leaders in control of their business’s future. I’ve also helped a business owner sell his company for over $20 million, supported an insurance agent in generating over $400,000 in premiums and $120,000 in commissions, and assisted a business owner in expanding from one location to two—all while giving back by supporting an orphanage in the Philippines.
My true fulfillment comes from helping people unlock their full potential and transform their lives, often through a single conversation. But my proudest accomplishment by far is becoming a dad. In my free time, I love playing with my kids, spending time with my wife Michelle, and volunteering at our church.
